Mule

I went in for the surgery on 12/22. According to the doctor it went as the textbook said it should. He also said that if I had any doubts as to if I did the right thing to dismiss them. The old knee had given all it could and further delay would have caused complications.

I can't complain about the care I got at the hospital both medical and personal. They were all over me. Of course, the census was low. Not many people elect to have surgery over the holidays.

Mrs. Mule and I were out in the pool last night. I was along the side, playing with the dog (who likes to watch us, but has no interest in swimming herself). All of a sudden, this hand reaches around and grabs my package. Mrs. Mule swam under water and approached in stealth. I was taken totally off guard. It was her undoing however. She had to hold her breath for a while to make the approach, so she was already out of air by the time she came up, and was trying to gasp and laugh at the same ...

Nothing sensual or tantalizing here. It's just that when I first see Mrs. Mule in the morning it' a joyous event - every morning.

Interestingly enough, I am usually naked as she tends to get up as I am taking my shower . However, just the sight of her makes me feel better even if I'm already feeling good.

The highlight of my day is having coffee with her on the back deck before I go to work where we solve the problems of the world sometimes in heated debate.

I had a dream last night about Mrs. Mule. She was dominating me using some sort of a checklist. First, of course, was to make me strip naked in the kitchen in front of my sister who happens to be visiting.

Unfortunately, I forgot the rest of the things on "the checklist."

I tried to recapture the dream several times during the night, but it kept evaporating.

Domination by the numbers - hmmm.

Did someone leave the screen door open? We seem to be infested with clueless subs. Should we set out traps? Maybe call animal control.
